Brittney brings a considerate, relationship-centered, and equity-driven presence to her work, creating spaces where individuals and teams feel grounded, seen, and supported as they navigate complexity.
Her career spans workforce development, nonprofit program design, and organizational psychology, with experience across healthcare, education, and community-based sectors.
With a background in program development, facilitation, evaluation, and cross-functional leadership, Brittney supports organizations in developing clarity, cohesion, and strategies that sustain meaningful impact. Grounded in values of racial equity, fulfillment, and community self-determination, she brings forward lived experience, transparency, intersectionality, and shared leadership in every engagement.
Brittney holds a Master’s in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Seattle Pacific University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Michigan State University. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring Seattle’s food scene, attending Seattle Storm games, making pottery, and reminding people she’s an ex-athlete.
