Jalá brings a warm, curious, and people-centered approach to her work at the intersection of facilitation, leadership development, and organizational change.

With a background spanning youth development, higher education, and instructional design, she has a gift for helping individuals and teams connect with their purpose while navigating complexity. Her experience as a musical theater performer infuses her facilitation with creativity, presence, and a deep appreciation for storytelling and connection.

Most recently, she designed learning experiences rooted in adult learning theory through her work in learning and development and spent several years mentoring student leaders and coordinating leadership programs at Seattle Pacific University.

Jalá holds a Master’s in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Seattle Pacific University and a BA in Musical Theater Performance from Central Washington University.
