Katie’s curiosity and creative energy have shaped her path from internationally touring performer to social impact leader. With more than a decade of experience across arts management, resource development, policy advocacy, and community-based research, she brings creativity, rigor, and heart to complex work. 

Guided by values of justice, equity, and honoring diverse perspectives, Katie has served on advisory boards and studied non-hierarchical governance and systems thinking.  She holds a Master of Nonprofit Leadership (MNPL) from Seattle University and a BFA in Dance Performance and Choreography from CalArts.

An adoptee, Katie joined Imago in 2019 and is the proud parent of a neurodivergent 4th grader.
