Katie Diamond

Awarded “Most Spirited” in the 8th grade, Katie’s enthusiasm for the world around her rarely goes unnoticed.

Her career began as an internationally touring modern dancer and teaching artist. After retiring from the stage, she moved into the social impact sector and has since spent more than a decade driving change through roles in policy advocacy, communications, fund development, and international performing arts tour management.

Guided by values of justice, equity, and honoring diverse perspectives, Katie has served on community-led advocacy boards, explored non-hierarchical governance models, and applied systems thinking to help organizations navigate complex challenges.

Katie holds an MNPL in Nonprofit Leadership from Seattle University and a BFA in Dance Performance and Choreography from CalArts. She joined Team Imago in 2019, is an adoptee, and a proud parent of a neurodivergent third grader.
