Katie Diamond

Awarded “Most Spirited” in the 8th grade, Katie’s enthusiasm for the world around her rarely goes unnoticed. This drove her to her first career in the arts as a professional dancer.

Since retiring from the stage, Katie has spent over a decade exploring all-things-nonprofits, from equity-focused policy advocacy to fund development and grant writing to international performing arts tour management. Guided by her core values of justice, integrity, equity, and honoring diverse perspectives, she has served on advisory boards for community-led grassroots advocacy and local arts organizations, conducted research into non-hierarchical governance methods, and studied systems thinking.

Katie holds an MNPL in Nonprofit Leadership (Seattle University) and a BFA in Dance Performance and Choreography (CalArts). She is an adoptee and a proud parent of a neurodivergent first grader. She joined Team Imago in 2019.
